Syncing tic timer

hi i'm kind of new to zmud. is there a way to reset the tic timer everytime i see this line
"shivers and suffers."
i dont know how to reset the timer |

#TS is the command, so
#TRIGGER {shivers and suffers.} {#TS 60}
or whatever number of seconds you want
