Sure is. Right-click on the icon and select Properties (I'm guessing that what you click to start zMUD is a shortcut, if it isn't, you need to create one). Now, in the Shortcut tab (or wherever you find it), there is a box named Target. It should contain something like:
C:zMUDZmud.exe
What you want to do is add the Session ID of the character you want to start. In most cases, the Session ID is your character's name, but this can be changed. To find out, go to the Character Selection screen in zMUD, select you character and click Edit. In the Character tab, you will find the Session ID. After you have the ID, just put it after whatever is already in the Target box. Example, in my case, it would be:
C:zMUDZmud.exe Kjata
Now click OK to close it and you are done.
