Dragon Realms: Fallen |
Could someone tell me how to log onto this server w/ ZMud, I cannot seem to find any information regarding this, nor can I find an auto-logger. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Open zMUD. Click on the NEW button. Enter the Host (the URL) and Port for Dragon Realms: Fallen. Click Connect, Offline, Edit, or Save, your choice depending on what you want to do next (probably Save).
Once your character is created, Connect and follow the login procedure.

It's not that simple with Dragon Realms (www.DragonRealms.net). It simply doesn't use character/password connection. It uses special keys for characters/accounts. And, how I connect to this service is beyond me.

Do a search for it in the forums.
User mozuzaeram figured out something that
allows zMud connection.
Search also on user Reddytedy as (s)he plays
that game. As it appears:
www.play.net/dr = www.DragonRealms.net

Heeeee thanks.
Anywho. Go like you are going to log in through the SGE. Pick character and all that jazz. Click play, when the launcher pops up hit cancel, if you aren't able to get it before the wizard pops up no biggie. Close the wizard or hit cancel on the launcher. Open notepad, open the file GSE.~xt, the IP, port, and KEY are in there.
Open zmud, click new. Put in the IP and port number, click connect. When you connect, copy the numbers after KEY= into zmud and hit enter twice.
There are other ways to do this that are less convoluted but they are a bit more complicated and require removing registry keys and such. Also someone made a autologin using zMUD only for GS3, I haven't had the time to perfect it for DR or DR:TF yet.

Oh On the autologer.
Open zmud, and right click your DR icon and hit work offline, Go into aliases and look for atconnect, under system. Put this in #LOG %time(mm/dd/yyyy).txt
That should work, if not I am sure someone will correct me <g> I haven't used zMUD in some time to play.
