Using Mudreader and speaking. |
Okay, hello everyone.
Um, just curious, using zMUD I have put in a plugin called Mudreader right? Many of you have used it/heard of it.
You can do things like #speak Message, and it will do it...
Okay, I have a trigger set because me and my friend chat over zMUD, so when it says,
PERSON chats to everybody MESSAGE, my trigger speaks what it says...
Okay but this is what it usually looks like.
|||> Someone chats to everybody, Yeah yeah, I am someone...
See the |||>? In the mud I play, the |s represent fatique and the > is just their to show a new line...When it reads what my friend says, it reads something strange, like "Line, Line, greater than, someone chats..." and so on, any way to make it just read his chat message and not the |||>s?

Try this:
#TR {^*> (%w) chats to everybody, *$} {#speak {%2 chats %#}
Should work.
