I'm having trouble setting up Zchat

I keep getting an error that says The file 'C\zMUD\zMUD.exe\readme.txt' could not be opened. Can anyone help me?

Check the paths related to it?
I know you have to use the .dll when you add the zchat plugin. |

I've got it fixed, now i just need to get the chats to show up on my zmud lol. I can send out messages from zmud, but i cant see any on it
