A Small Problem

Hello! I have a little problem, and, since I am assuming this forum is a suitable place for support questions, I am posting it here.

I have been recently getting "Invalid data!!!" messages from zMUD, who, promptly closes after showing them right after I try to start it. I figured that this is a problem with eLicense, due to the fact that I have tried to install versions 6.16, 6.26a and 5.55 - out of these three versions, only version 5.55 (which happens to not use eLicense) works.

I have been thinking, I should try to uninstall zMUD and eLicense, completely. Though, I have yet to see any option in eLicense to completely uninstall it.

Has this happened to anyone else, and, if it did, how did s/he remedy it?

Thanks!

An "Invalid Data!!!" error message is usually indictive of a virus infection. You should get the latest anti virus software and see what that picks up. You will likely need to reinstall zMud even if the anti virus software thinks it can fix it.

Oh. *nods* Thanks a bunch! I really miss zMUD, and Portal is not much of a replacement. Thanks again!
