Problems doing math |
A few months back (hell, almost a year now) i wrote a post about a problem i was having with zmud doing math. Someone informed me that zmud can not handle floating point intergers or numbers of large size (i don't remember the exact number, but it was over 2 billion) ... at the time they told me there was a math plug-in being designed for zmud ... i'm sorry, i can't remember who told me this ... any word on how this plugin project is going? did it get canned? is zmud ever going to fix this math problem it has? thanks for the help :)

The next version of zMud includes floating math evaluation. That would go a long way to explain the lack of motivation to publish a plugin

It shouldn't be that long now. As soon as Zugg finishes the mapper rewrite that allows it to use a real database format, a beta version will come out. I guess that shortly after, there will be a public version, provided there aren't thta many new bugs.
