Zmud Program not working, no errors

Hey guys and gals,
I have a bit of a problem. I've been playing on the Zmud for a while, a few months, but I'm not sure what's going on. It might be that I need to reliscense the program? For the past day I've been trying to bring up the Zmud program, although when I click on it nothing happens. The computer acts like it's going to do something, and then quits. At first I thought I'd reboot my computer and all would be well, but it didn't work. No error messages are coming up, nothing telling me to update it, no nothing. Is anyone else having this problem? I don't remember what date I got it set up, so how do I know when it's time to reliscense? Sorry for this goofy question, but I'm lost!

I know a reinstall will fix this , but if you're going to do that you might as well upgrade to at least version 6.16 (the latest public version) or even version 6.26 if you feel like trying out the beta product (remember, though, that it's a beta version and possibly might cannibalize itself or destroy your computer).

Okay, I give...it started working just fine today. I just checked it and BOOM it popped up like nothing happened at all..Weeeirrdddd...
