alias question

How do i get zmud to ignore something in the value of an alias. For example if i make an alias named quit, is there some way the alias can output quit to the mud without setting the alias off again?

If you mean you want something like:

The mud I play has a command "home" I have an alias "home" that issues the home command and calls my pet to me and makes it go south, to stop the alias being recursive just put a "~" tilda in front of the command.

#AL home {~home;heel;order pet south}

Thats all there is to it :-)
