Unfortunately, this error means that something has gone wrong with eLicense and thus you will not be able to use zMUD. To get this fixed, you need to send an e-mail to [url="mailto:support@elicense.com"]support@elicense.com[/url] and tell them that you are having this problem. They will send you a program which should fix this error when you run it.
