i am having trouble
 
i wanted to have this be seen when i say something but it isn't working they way that i planned
Gamozi the Freshest Freshie of Cod says with gamozi blinking

this is how i have it set up
with
#al say
#SHOW %ansi( blink, red)GAMOZI %ansi( green)The Freshest Freshie of COD %ansi( high, white)says%ansi( bold, blue)

can someone help

Color doesn't transfer to the MUD unless you use and the MUD employs MXP, or you use the MUD's built-in coloring syntax (if present). %ansi(), %color() %pcol(), #COLOR, #CW, etc only work on YOUR screen.

If your MUD doesn't use MXP and it doesn't have any coloring syntax of its own, then the best you could possibly do is to give triggers to everyone else playing.
