Lost Registration

It's been 2-3 days since I filled out the lost registration form. The only reason I'm posting this is because I'm not sure if some circumstances might not complicate the process. so a few questions, for anyone who knows.

1) Could the reason I've gotten no reply be that it just hasn't been gotten to yet? (No problem there, but the last time I did this I had a reply in a couple of hours :))

2) I've had about 5 email addresses in the last few years, and I'm not sure which one I registered with. Also, since I've registered, I have gotten a new registration code, which was sent to a different email adress than what I originally registerd with.

So my question is, basically, is this a problem, and is there someone I can email if it is a problem?

Last I checked Zuggsoft is a company of 2

I'm sure they try and process requests as fast as possible.

If after a long waiting period you get no reply, you could try and submit
it again with as much information as you can remember in case it got lost
in that internet cloud thingee.

I believe the main thing is to get as much of the info as possible. It would of course be best to include any sort of explanatory info, like what you posted here. Again try to remember as many of those old addy's as possible, maybe you will think of the right one.
