Zmud locks up whenever I try to use any features.
 
Ugh...I am running 6.16 and this just started last night. I have to use ctrl+alt+del just to get out after hitting aliases, macros, triggers, etc.

Seems you have a corrupted settings file. Follow the steps outlined in the Migration Guide.
