License trouble

I downloaded 6.16 and used it for a while on
Window xp. Then I got a message about it not being able to find the license right now and it told me to try again later. I have and it still doesn't work. Any ideas? |

This sounds like a code 23 error. If it is, then you need to email support@elicense.com, and reference the code 23 and which program you're using.
They'll send you a diagnostic that should both identify and repair the problem.
