6.23 really just screwed me up... anyone else having bug problems... I installed it and started getting violation errors everywhere started losing #aliases
and then a stupid mistake converted all my .mud files into word files
*sigh* and why cant I download 6.22? a version that actually worked. |

It occassionally needs to be repeated: If you're not a frequent visitor to the Beta forums and cannot or do not post very specific reports of errors containing as much relevant information as possible... don't use beta versions.

Why can't you download 6.16: a version that is not actually still in the testing process?
People, one more time, if you do not want the possibility of loosing all of your zMUD files, corrupting them, making your PC unstable, having the hard drive blow up and your house catch fire (well, maybe not that last one) - do not use beta versions.
If, otherwise, you know all of the risks, are willing to try new feautures, provide feedback about possible bugs or things that can be improved, and make backup copies of all of your zMUD files then, by all means use beta versions as long as you take the necessary precautions.
