Possible problems with Zuggsoft email support |
Our network connection here at Zugg Software is provided by Excite@Home cable modem service. As you may know, Excite@Home filed for backrupcy back in September. Our local cable company (Adelphia) is working on migrating customers to their own cable-modem system.
However, on Friday, a judge approved the possible shutdown of the Excite@Home network as early as today (Saturday). If this happens, we will not have network connections until Adelphia performs their migration, which is currently scheduled for next week (hopefully Monday).
Given all of this turmoil, it's possible that Zugg Software email will not get answered and that we won't have access to these support forums either.
I will post a reply as soon as the Adelphia migration is complete. Until then, I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

We just had our @Home migration today. Our network connection was down for about 5-6 hours. Just came back up. Did a reboot on the router to reconfigure and it worked great. We can receive email now, but our outgoing SMTP doesn't have the new IP address info yet, so we can't send email out yet. Should be fixed by morning though. I must say that Adelphia did a *great* job on their migration for @Home customers.

This morning we are officially back in operation. We are able to reply to emails once again. I hope all of the other @Home customers get this kind of great support from their cable company!
