eLicense Woes |
I really wish there was a way - like Versign - to tell eLicense that something REALLY bad has happened to your PC, and you need to release your licenses... This isn't a complaint to stop using it, as it's an okay system - I don't want to kill it yet. But it's kinda a pain-in-the-butt to wait 90 days so that you can once again be a legitimate user. :<

I managed to contact eLicense and explain really nicely what happened - and they were able to reset them all. I hope I will have the wisdom in the future to unlicense before I reload the OS...

I have an error code 23 when I try to start the program. No OS installs, nothing like that, Just lost the licence? It has been like 45 days since I installed it. Any suggestions?

I got it. I jsut E-mailed the elicence.com people. The file that they had me download and run worked nicely.
