Forum/site problems

Last night, the SQL Server system at Superb.net (our web hosting company) crapped out. It took them most of the night to get it fixed. This caused any page on our site that requires the database (most of them), including the forums to be down or flaky.
It looks like the problem is fixed for now, but I'm trying to get more information from them on what the status is. Hopefully the forums will remain up now. Sorry for any inconvience this caused.

Here is the response from Superb.net on the database problems:

Scary that one person can screw up the entire SQL Server like this.

Even scarier is the punishment, heh. I understand the fact that you need to thoroughly test your sql statements and such before throwing it up for the world to test, but 1 screw-up == deletion seems a bit harsh. Maybe he was a trouble-maker to begin with, I don't know, but in any case, live and learn!
