License retrieval |
Hi guys, I have recently purchased a new PC, and have attempted a couple of times to retrieve my license for Cmud. I get an you have attempted to retrieve this recently, check your previously sent email to get this. It tells me if I have trouble to contact zuggsoft at support@zuggsoft.com. Problem is, I have done that three times now, and crickets. How do I get my license back if they won't respond?

Chiara monitors the bulletin board, and so should be responding here shortly. In the meantime, make sure you've checked your spam folders, in case your ISP decided not to deliver any emails from zuggsoft.com.

It's not 'won't respond'. We are currently having an issue with our mail through the server. Please contact me directly at chiara at zuggsoft dot com and it will get through.
