Failed Hard Drive - No license Key
 
I had to recover my HD and re-install CMUD. I went into my order on the main web site, which I've actually had to do before, and requested a new key.

It told me the key was sent, but I never got the email. I checked spam, and every folder, and it's been hours.

Is the emailing of the key still working? I tried the request again and it said it was already recently sent.

Actually, I saw the note about it failing before, but them having fixed it. And I did email support but hadn't heard back.
I do have a backup of files from the old HD, but don't know what the license file is that I could move in place if need be.

I just did an install with a new key request about two(?) weeks ago. Logged into the store account, asked for a key, and it was there within a minute or so.

Not for me. I checked spam and everywhere. No luck. I can find my original order Serial Number in my email even, but that no longer works of course.

i received the following from support when i reported the same problem.




I'm sorry you haven't received your key. Is there another address I can send one to?

We are having an issue with random gmail addresses not receiving their keys. Personally, one of my 4 gmail accounts will utterly fail, the others work fine. Zugg is looking into it.

We were able to get this sorted out yesterday.
