How would i turn this capture into a variable that i can add to status window or some sort of static window to then see it count down?

You attach several probes to your body as the diagrams on the machine = 12 hours
i then need a counter to begin counting backwards from 12 hours to 0 but to be on a button/status bar etc to show me the entire time

also: this capture has a time stamp, but how do i then turn this capture into the same as the above?
