Not sure I have the right forum...DLL issue
 
not having too much luck pasting a screen shot so my alarm is "Error opening pcre810.dll library' "A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed"
End result being my triggers aren't firing. Put in a help ticket and the suggested fix was to download newest version of Cmud and reinstall. Well that didn't correct it. So, Im asking for some help on this. [/quote]

I would suggest, uninstall (after making backups of settings), restart PC, then reinstall, restart again, wait a few minutes then launch cmud.

failing that, try replacing with https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhMgRb1DtUImhG6lvUZMiXWxxrAj?e=kYOeC5
