Using Regular Expressions With CMUD |
Hello
I may be overlooking s few things here but I cannot seem to find out how to use Regular Expressions with CMUD. I have recently started playing around with RegexBuddy, and ahve tried copied and pasting the following into a trigger:
Longbeard tells you 'As a reward, I am giving you [0-9]{2} quest points and [0-9]{3,4} gold\.'
This will not match on it's own and I cannot seem to find out how to get this to work. I know you can use patterns with %d to get match's but would like to be able to simply construct them in RegexBuddy and then copy paste them into CMUD.
Is this possible? Thank you for any help! |

This is a simple fix.
Click on the Triggers button along the top header of CMUD.
Locate the trigger in question and click on it.
At the bottom of the right-hand side of the window, click the 'More +' button to expand the Trigger options panel.
Ensure the Regular Expression checkbox is checked. |
