Constant Monitoring of prompt figures

Is there an easy way to constantly monitor my prompt variable @hitp_per and as soon as it goes below a certain point disable/enable a class?

My triggers do not seem to be working when I try triggering from my prompt.

Also when I try to add color to my prompt using triggers it's not working all the time..
Like if I try to make
"<100%hp" colored green, it doesn't seem to color it green unless the prompt shows from a mud-side event.

Sorry if I have not explained clearly.

This is likely an issue of how the trigger is set onNewLine or onPrompt.
Prompts prefer on prompt.

Or it could be an issue of your pattern not matching.
Show us what you got.
