Windows 10 Clean Install Update Issues |
For a few months my Windows wouldn’t update to the latest version and kept failing so I downloaded the Windows Update Assistant tool and did a clean update (wouldn’t let me keep my files).
Once it finished updating I went to sign in but no matter what, it wouldn’t let me into my account. Kept saying the password was incorrect, though I knew it wasn’t AND later reset my password and tried again to get the same result.
After this I booted into safe mode but the reset my computer to then get a message saying the Administrator had blocked access to my account.
I booted into safe mode again and am now doing a reinstall of Windows but one which cleans the drives completely.
Should this fix the issue? |

This sounds like a local issue you are having.
The reformat/reinstall of the OS should fix any software issues you are having.
Access to your Microsoft account is a separate matter you will need to resolve, but that is not dependent on any one computer.
None of this seems related to CMUD though. |
