I purchases a license on the 14th of September and made a support ticket and still haven't gotten a reply, Paypal cleared the day after.

My apologies. We had a server issue that required Zugg's intervention to fix. I've responded to all the help tickets I had, so if you put one in, your key should be waiting for you.
