License issue - recent |
Here's a curious one:
CMUD has been working fine for me for years (using CMudPro 3.34). The last few days, every time I reboot my computer, CMUD tells me my trial period has expired and I need to enter my license. I got a fresh license a few days ago to fix it, but that will only be valid for 7 days, then I'll be forced to get another. While the software is running, and if I shut it down and start it back up without a reboot, it appears to keep the license intact.
My guess is that there is something wonky with my system registry, but thought I'd ask.

I would just reinstall if I were you.

Yeah, I'll probably end up doing that. Just figured it was worth asking if anybody had seen similar before.... just in the case the reinstall doesn't help.

Might have heard something similar from people who weren't running CMUD as an administrator, save issues.
