error opening pcre810 dll

This is an annoying error that forces you to reboot your system and still doesn't fix it. Is there a way to clear memory or get around this?

I only get that issue to pop up if I try to load CMUD before Windows has finished with its startup routines.
Restarting CMUD should fix it. |
