After download free trial I install this game. But when Run to play then I understand nothing. So I need video tutorial for How play this game. Help me..

A lot of muds if not all of them have the same basic commands. You need to start by creating a character in the Mud you want to play. Once your able to get logged on and begin, the game may decide to start you with a trainer. Some may not. Anyhow, use the help files, they are a good way to get started.
I found a quick newbie guide. It has a quick list of commands most MUDs understand.
