some help with herbs etc

I was wondering, I am trying to maintain notes about what herb combine with skinned materia creates a special leather
and I was wondering if there is a way I can write into a special window created just to maintain that information
and the information does not vanish when shutting down client.
all I really need it to find a way to keep for example berebere herb with cured leather created embossed leather.
simple note window that does not vanish the information upon close the client. |

CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER
will open it for you |
