Help, I lost my toolbar!

I must have hit some odd combination of keys and my toolbar is gone. I can't figure out how to get it back.
It is there when I'm not in the session for the mud, but in that mud no toolbar! |

right click on the file menu and choose main toolbar

The file menu is gone. There's no main toolbar. Just a dot where it used to be.
