Formatting Output

I used to have an alias that would format text I sent in a paragraph style but I have forgotten

I used to us /p <text> for the command and the output would look like:

@emit %r%t<text>%r

It was a simple thing to do with Zmud but I have forgotten how.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok I've pieced something together but it's not working properly.

I am using a trigger:
Pattern: /p (*)

Txt: @emit %r%t(%1)%r

The text becomes formatted but there are some issues.

1) The text entered has a ' after it. This will mess up my desired formatting.
2) Though the text is displayed I get a 'Huh? I don't understand '/p Mary had a litte lamb'. message before the text is entered.

I am unsure which special characters I need to leave active or deactivate. If someone could recommend a bare bones set up or tell me which special characters must stsy on, I would appreciate it.
