Class folders and functions only showing in Package editor.

I have been using CMUD for a few years now and I used Zmud prior to. I ran into an issue last night after attempting to close my client. I went to file and clicked close all like usual, except for this time it gave me an exception error. I have had these in the past and normally I could just continue the application or close it out and the package would be fine. I have checked encrypted files using notepad++ to see if my package was still intact, and it is for about 19000 lines. After that it seems to have been cut off. I was wondering if there is a way for me to recover my triggers or anything else in here. Every time I try to load the package it shows all of my class folders with all of the functions I have made. However all of the buttons, variables and triggers are missing. Like I said, I have checked the encrypted file and all of my triggers, buttons, and variables are there. I have worked on this package for a very long time and I know that it is most likely something I did. I remember the problem started to occur after I had created some buttons. I didn't save the exception report unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to recover everything that I have done for the past year. If not that's fine too, I was just hoping that someone else may have run into this problem already. If you need any more information feel free to ask, I am not sure exactly what everyone is looking for, and I tried to be as specific as I could.

Export the package to XML, and then review the XML file. If the triggers and whatever else you noticed as missing are still in there, then the contents are probably fine and you can simply continue on with the xml export/import process. If not, there's no way to get them back.
