My CMUD key does not work
|
I purchased CMUD last year. I had to reformat my computer, when I reinstalled CMUD and type in the key I got in the email it now says Invalid name or license key.
Anyone who can please help me with this issue? I'm not so keen to invest another 30 dollars for a new license. |

Are you using the old email from a year ago? Keys are only valid for 7 days, you'll need to get a new one sent to you. There's a retrieve key link in your order history.

The key you obtained last year when you purchased CMUD won't work anymore. You don't need to purchase CMUD again, but you do need to obtain a new key. Click on the Support link at the top of this page, and click on the "Lost License key?" link in the left column for instructions.
