Licence retrieval problem |
Guess I have to make my own post to make sure it gets noticed. Been trying for weeks to get a new license code sent to me now. Mailed the support address without luck. My email is correct and working. Any suggestions?

I'm only a day behind on email and I don't show anything from you. I always answer everything I receive. Please send your issue directly to chiara at zuggsoft dot com and I'll see if that gets through. Post here when you send it so I know to look for it.

I have same problem automated system says too many tries for retrivel and seen support but time on sight is wrong it is now Nov 7 2015

Hi is this forum still active? I have been trying to get the access info for my account off and on for a few months. I tried again most recently last week, no automated or live response. Are Cmud and Zmud no longer being sold?

The forum is active, though Chiara can get behind on her mail at times.
There is an automated key retrieval system in place.
Log into your store account.
Review your purchase history.
From the CMUD entry you should have an option to ask for a new key. |

Thanks for responding, but the upshot of the above post is that, I do not remember the store account login info. I used the recovery form. The recovery system for the store account does not seem to be working for me. It syas t sent a message, the message never appears and yes I checked spam and the kill file. Hence the forum post. |

Zeta-you should have gotten a reply and a request for more information sent on 2/5. If you didn't receive it then our support mail replies are being blocked. Try emailing me at zugg at zuggsoft dot com and maybe you'll be able to receive my replies that way. |

I thought I would be able to retrieve it from my Microsoft account, but I can't have ever set it up properly and must have been using a local sign-in.
