Window texts squashed

Hey I am having an issue when I open any windows inside my sessions all the texts and box layouts are all squashed and off.
The main active mud session is fine but I don't know how to make the pop-up windows (Triggers, Macros, ect.) have normal
texts in the right locations and all the boarders adjusted properly. I'm playing on a new rig with a 4k gaming monitor if that
changes anything. Anyone know or have this issue? |

The only things I can recall as causing such problems were the DPI setting and some window docking/decoration managers. The DPI setting got a little buried and renamed in newer version of Windows; it seems to be found on 8.1 by right clicking on the desktop, selecting Screen Resolution, then clicking Display in the navigation bar. Only you can answer if you have other software trying to modify CMud's windows. If you do then try to disable it temporarily to see if it is the culprit, and if it is then look for a setting to tell it to not operate on windows owned by CMud.
