personal game scripts |
Have you guys come across any minigames for cmud?
Something script-based that doesn't hafta be connected to a host to play in a separate window or something? |

You can try searching the package library for them, but I think the vast majority of users prefer to write scripts that either play over a connection or are relevant to the MUD.
Some games would be relatively easy to do, however, such as tic-tac-toe or mastermind. Others like chess would be rather complex. You've given me inspiration... |

Well, it would have to be a single-player setup. There are periods in the game I play where you're stuck for long periods of time doing nothing, or legally botting but have to have eyes on your screen. Would be nice to have a pop-up window with something to do.

That's what I keep other windows open for. But it is an interesting idea! You could even make a Pac-Man emulation, using the mapper and multiple Locations!

Well, just something I think would be very interesting to do, and keep people entertained without alt-tabbing or half-screening. =)
