#Sub Trigger and color issues [CMUD 3.34]

I recently updated from 2.X to 3.X and have been noticing something weird with my #sub triggers. They work fine most of the time but if there's an item in the room and the next line is a #sub it causes it to become white. So the question is how do I get it to show up as the normal yellow color it instead of white.

Only thing in the trigger is:
A trolloc is here commanding a fist of troops.$
#sub {A trolloc is here commanding a fist of troops. -Dha'vol-}

well you could wrap it in MXP color tags...

but seeing as all you are doing is adding a name at the end, have you looked at the #SAYADD command?

#SAYADD makes it even worse because it causes all the following lines to become white :\
