How long does a response from support usually take?
 
I submitted a request for assistance via the web page back on September 12th, but have received no response. How long does one usually take?

Normally, they get back to you within 24 hours. Zugg seems to be missing in action lately (probably due to real life situations; last I heard he had moved, so it could be related to that).

However, your best bet is to email them at sales@zuggsoft.com to get a quicker response.
