importing settings

Hi
I was given some settings for zmud. my boyfriend and I both have the same versions of zmud which we bought, however when we import the same set of settings we get entirely different results. HIs class folders have a red c over them and mine dont, his allows him to import all the class things mine refuses to import 8 of them but i have no idea why. I have tried looking at our settings and they seem the same and its really really annoying lol any help would be greatly appreciated
