Some update just ran and lost all my connections

So, I was away for a couple weeks and decided to log onto my game for a little bit today. It took a little time for the splash screen to go away, that's when I noticed that cmud something or other.ini cmudstartup.ini?) was being updated. OK, no worries. When the session screen appeared I had the default connections and none of mine. I then took a look at C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\CMUD and all the ones I deleted are back and mine are gone.
How do I get my old connections back? |

Nevermind, found the folders and files I needed in the trash bin along with all the new connections that were deleted today. All is well again
