Cmud relieving itself on the floor

My client has seen the need to delete a couple dozen class folders from time to time.
It doesn't delete the triggers, it just moves them to the root directory and renders them inactive.
Could other programs running at the same time cause problems?
What the hell is this? Does this ever happen to anyone else?
Im using Cmud Pro 3.31, Vista Ult SP2, AMD Turion 64x2 Mobile TL-58, 2G Ram, HP Pavilion laptop.

First, the latest version of CMUD is 3.32

Was your session package created in an older version of CMUD or is 3.31 the first version you are using? If your session was created in a previous version, it might be corrupted from the old version. You can try going into the Settings Editor, use File/Export All to export your package to a *.XML file. Then close CMUD and restart. Click on your session and click Edit Session. Go to the Files/Packages tab and change the name of your primary package file. Then select Open Offline. This causes CMUD to create a new blank package file for your session. Now you can go back into the Settings Editor and use File/Import to import your saved *.XML file to restore your settings.

Also, next time please choose a more appropriate title for your post or you might find your post removed from the forums.
