More details please. To get help we need the exact steps of how this happened to recreate the issue.

Note that you are also using an older version of CMUD (unless you typoed.) The latest version is 3.32 and that's the 3.x version you should be using.

Dude...
That doesn't help us at all. Give detailed instructions.. like..
1) open Cmud
2) open a session offline.
3) Click on the session window..
etc... etc.. etc..
What you gave us doesn't tell me anything. What window are you circling in the picture. If you want help you need to be able to tell us how to duplicate the error with DETAILED instructions.

After you double click 1 or click 2, recenter the CMUD window on your monitor by dragging the title bar (the dark blue bar with CMUD 3.32 written on it in your image). If the minimized window is bigger than your current resolution settings click on one corner of the window and re-size it so the CMUD window fits on your desktop properly. You should then be able to minimize and maximize properly.

Also tell us if this happens when you first run CMUD or after you have been playing for a long time. When you resize the window, CMUD needs to word-wrap the entire scrollback buffer so if you have lots of text it will take a while.

it's posible,
in my situation
if scrollback buffer is short(<5000), cmud normally works
