I noticed this a few versions back and posted this as part of another so I am reposting this again.
I created a button and positioned it in the bottom toolbar, on the bottom right hand side, and I don't see the top border of the button.

I see this at the top as well. The reason for is because you have Top set to 1. If you change that to 0 it goes away, so I'm not sure if I consider this a bug or something that necessarily needs correcting.
