[3.31-3.32] 2 mapper bugs

Sorry Zugg. I spotted these bugs yesterday, but hadn't tested enough to report it until after the new release.

Procedure:
In a blank session, open the mapper.
Create a new room by hand.
Add a name or description to the room, and save it.
In the mapper, click View|Spreadsheet View.
In the spreadsheet view, click Find, and then the Find button, to execute a blank room find.
You should see the one room listed in the spreadsheet.
In the mapper, click in the background and drag across the room, to select it.
In the Room Properties window, notice that the room is not actually selected, even though it is highlighted on the map.

Bug #1: Click and drag to select a single room does not actually select that room. If you edit the Room Properties, it will not affect this room.

Without changing the room selection:
In Room Properties, edit any attribute (say, name, or border), and save.
(Alternatively, click in the map background so that no room appears to be selected, then edit any attribute in Room Properties and save).
In the Spreadsheet View, click Find and then the Find button.
In the spreadsheet view, you will now see a new room listed, with RefNum 0, and default values.
This happens even if the mapper is set to Follow mode.

Bug #2: If you edit the Room Properties while no room is selected, Cmud will create a new room with RefNum 0, which is known to cause problems for the mapper.
