Cant get macro keys to work

I am currently trialling cmud 3.32 and I would like to assign macros to F1 thru F12 and use the INS, HOME and END keys

I have managed to assign a macro to F1 by either typing in F1 or pressing return in the key box and pressing F1 but
when it comes to F5 or some others CMUD will not let me do it ( if im assigning it correctly!)

What happens if i use the return in key box method for the F5 key CTRL-O comes up after presing F5
If I just type in f5 then when i press F5 a new session window (probably CTRL-O) comes up

Please someone point me in the right direction to solve this..

regards,

Probably need to turn on Any Key as Macro in the Preferences.
