[Feature request]Compatibility Hide option

One thing I think would be useful would be to have the ability to hide "useless" reports under compatibility. Something that is fixed like "[] is no longer used for evaluation", I don't want cluttering up my report when I'm trying to fix all the problems from a fresh zmud import. It doesn't have to be permanent, but the ability to hide ones we no longer need to look at would be wonderful!
