Wow, I just found out that our HelpDesk support system has not been delivering the vast majority of email sent to support@zuggsoft.com since last MAY! Most email from May 25th 2010 until Sept 24 2010 was not delivered to us. Yes, I can't believe this to. So if you have been frustrated trying to contact us at that email address, I sincerely apologize for the lack of support and problem. I'm not even sure how to determine which emails made it through and which didn't.
In any case, the HelpDesk system is fixed now, so our email support should be back to normal. |
