2 trigger lines, want the trigger to fire only once

How can I do this? I'm setting up an autokill trigger for certain mobs. I walk into the room and there are 2 of them, I only want the trigger to fire once, then after the mob is dead I stand and look again and have it fire on that one.
Thanks for any help, I'm new to zscript and learning fast!
