[3.25]Timestamp color and Package editor: char encoding
 
Timestamp background color and room color border after relaunch cmud all set to default and not save my settings. And still problem with Package editor: char encoding with Russian lang.

The issue with Russian lang characters is an issue with the Scintilla editor component that CMUD is using and nothing I can fix at this point. I tried updated to the latest Scintilla DLL but that didn't fix it.

I haven't see the issue with timestamp color or room border color. So I'll need a step-by-step procedure to reproduce the problem. Also, be sure you selected the %DOCUMENTS% option for the location of your User Session Data Files when you installed CMUD.
